Position: Store Biller

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and computer-literate Store Biller to manage daily billing operations at the store. The candidate will be responsible for opening the store as per office timings, generating accurate bills for all sales transactions, maintaining billing records, and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Open the store on time as per the prescribed office/store timings.
2. Handle daily sales billing accurately and efficiently.
3. Generate invoices/bills for all customer sales transactions.
4. Collect and record payments as per the company's process.
5. Maintain daily billing and sales records.
6. Ensure all billing entries are correctly updated in the computer/system.
7. Coordinate with the Store/Accounts team regarding sales and billing-related matters.
8. Check billing details, quantities, rates, discounts, and totals before finalizing invoices.
9. Maintain proper records of cancelled bills, returns, and adjustments, if applicable.
10.Support the Store In-charge in day-to-day store activities.
11.Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter/store.
12.Ensure proper closing of billing activities and submission of daily sales/billing reports.
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / billing software will be an added advantage.
- Basic numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to work as per store timings.
Salary:₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on qualification, experience, and suitability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who can report on time and take responsibility for opening the store.
- Candidates with prior billing, cashier, retail, or store experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Working Requirement
The selected candidate must be available to work as per the store working timings and handle daily billing operations independently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
