We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in the Noida/Delhi region. In this role, you will be the voice of InCraftiv, reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and helping us expand our business footprint. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Contact present and prospective customers to introduce our services and inform them about our product offerings.
- Client Consultation: Answer client queries about the company, analyze their specific business needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with ongoing clients regarding business activities and handle any grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Sales Driving: Facilitate company sales by going the extra mile to meet and exceed realistic sales quotas.
- Data Management: Keep the customer database accurately maintained and updated.
- Reporting: Maintain precise records of all sales calls, log useful information, and document client feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher to 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Associate, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Education: Any Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or data entry).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to handle critique or rejection without internalizing it.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
