Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application migration initiatives (legacy to modern .NET / cloud platforms)
- Define target architecture, migration strategy, and roadmap
- Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend modernization approaches
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
- Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of migration projects
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies
Experience/ Required Skills
- Must have 10 to 15 years of Experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- End-to-End application migration initiatives (legacy to modern .NET / cloud platforms)Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, MVC
- Experience in enterprise application modernization and migration projects
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and architecture frameworks
- Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
