Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated QC Inspector – Civil to inspect and monitor construction activities, ensuring all work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
- Verify quality tests and maintain inspection records.
- Identify non-conformities and report quality issues to the QC Engineer and Project Team.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors during inspections.
- Maintain quality checklists, reports, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials, quality inspection procedures, and testing methods.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
