- This role includes the hiring of fresher and more experienced technical/IT candidates on a continuous basis within TAT. • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn) • Designing and updating job descriptions • Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits • Providing feedback for rejected candidates, salary negotiation with selected candidates • Maintain trackers/reports of hiring • Manage hiring sources such as portals, consultancies, institutes, etc. Identify other sources for better hiring • Complete documentation process before joining, ensuring joining of selected candidates • Conducting BGV’s of candidates internally and through vendors • Employee onboarding and induction • Ensuring system records are up to date and accurate • Coordination with HR Team to perform other HR operational/admin activities • Arranging social activities like trips, birthday celebrations, and festival celebrations
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
