Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Support & IT Security Specialist to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, managing endpoint security, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
The role requires a strong foundation in desktop support, network troubleshooting, system administration, information security, and IT service management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization's technology environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & IT Operations
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access provisioning and asset allocation.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory records, and software licensing compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
IT Security & Compliance
- Support access management processes, password policies, and user authentication controls.
- Conduct routine security audits and compliance checks across systems and devices.
Infrastructure & Network Support
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi infrastructure, VPN access, and network troubleshooting.
- Support cloud-based services, Microsoft 365 administration, and collaboration platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, System Administration, or IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Pay: ₹9,398.56 - ₹40,659.98 per month
