We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with strong hands-on experience in property title verification and due diligence. The candidate will be responsible for examining and verifying property documents, checking title ownership and chain of title, reviewing sale deeds, parent documents, encumbrance certificates, patta, legal heir documents and other relevant records, and identifying title defects or potential legal issues. The role also involves preparing detailed title verification reports and providing legal opinions on the validity and marketability of properties. Candidates with practical experience in real estate documentation, property due diligence, title search and property verification will be preferred.
