Security & Surveillance Officer
We are looking for a responsible and alert Security & Surveillance Officer to manage CCTV monitoring .Maintenance and overall security operations at our factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and identify/report suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Supervise and coordinate security guards and shift deployment.
- Monitor employee, visitor and vehicle entry/exit.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports and daily security records.
- Ensure company property, materials and premises are properly secured.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies or security-related issues.
- Ensure security procedures and company safety guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in security/surveillance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle security guards and manage shifts.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV surveillance Technically and security procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
