Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sr Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the lighting or electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting lighting products, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting market.
- Promote and sell LED lighting products to dealers, contractors, and project clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in lighting / LED / electrical industry sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of LED lighting products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Marketing preferred.
Salary:
- As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
