Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the HR functions. The role requires a strong generalist with hands-on experience across payroll, compliance, performance management, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership and department heads
- Drive organizational development and workforce planning
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and timelines
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Manage statutory filings, audits, and liaison with authorities
- Stay updated with labor law changes and implement updates
Performance Management
- Design and manage appraisal systems (KRA/KPI frameworks)
- Drive performance review cycles and employee development plans
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build a positive work culture and engagement initiatives
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Drive retention strategies and improve employee satisfaction
HR Operations & Policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Manage HRMS, employee records, and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs
- Focus on leadership development and skill enhancement
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement, etc.)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a complete HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in manufacturing setup preferred
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll / ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to independently manage HR functions

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management
- MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
