1. Documentation Preparation
- Prepare shipping and export documentation such as:
- Booking with carrier/liner
- Preparing HBL/ MBL draft
- Submission of SI to liner
- Creating and releasing Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Shipping Instructions
2. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Liaise with shippers, consignees, carriers, and customs brokers to gather required information and ensure documentation accuracy.
3. Customs Compliance
- Ensure all documents comply with relevant customs regulations, tariffs, and export/import laws.
- Coordinate with customs for clearance and timely submission of documents.
4. Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Input shipment data into logistics or ERP systems.
- Maintain organized records for auditing and tracking purposes.
5. Shipment Tracking and Updates
- Monitor shipment status and update clients or internal teams accordingly.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by tracking cargo movements.
6. Invoice and Payment Support
- Coordinate with finance or accounting teams to generate invoices and process freight-related payments.
7. Handling Discrepancies
- Identify and resolve documentation errors or mismatches to avoid shipment delays or legal issues.
8. Client Support
- Provide customers with document-related guidance and respond to queries regarding shipping paperwork.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
