- Maintain authentic taste, recipes, and traditional cooking methods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portion, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily South Indian food production.
- Manage preparation of batters, chutneys, sambar, podis, masalas, and other essentials.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Monitor food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Train kitchen team members in traditional techniques and recipes.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for ingredients and stock requirements.
- Develop or refine traditional South Indian recipes as required.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
- Maintain recipe standards so the taste remains consistent every day.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
