Salary
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
- Attractive Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ monthly (performance based)

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in AP & Telangana markets
- Promote software development, AI solutions, RPA automation, and mobile app development services
- Meet potential clients, startups, and businesses to present company services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Participate in marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
Skills Required
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Willingness to travel within AP & Telangana
Preferred Candidates
- MBA Freshers looking to build a career in IT Sales / Business Development
- Candidates with good presentation skills
- Local language knowledge (Telugu) is an advantage
