Terra Rex Realty is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate and close sales while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various sales channels.
- Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own Vehicle is Mandatory (Car/Bike).
- Valid Driving License.
