We’re Hiring | Freelancer Business Development Executive – MEP Projects.
We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive to help us expand our MEP business by generating leads and closing projects across industrial, commercial, residential segments. We specialize in providing top-notch Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Solar and HVAC (MEP) design & EPC services.
This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who want flexibility, high commissions, and long-term collaboration in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate and qualify leads for MEP EPC projects.
- Approach potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Present MEP solutions and coordinate with teams.
- Support proposal discussions, site visits, and deal closures.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a basic sales pipeline.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Preferred Profile :-
- Experience in sales / business development / lead generation or freshers can also apply.
- Prior exposure to MEP, construction, EPC, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy projects is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Existing client network is a plus.
