Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Rooftop Installation Engineer to manage the installation and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solar installation, site coordination, and technical execution.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about renewable energy and experienced in on-site solar project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute rooftop solar PV installation projects
- Handle mounting structure installation, module fixing, DC/AC cabling, and inverter installation
- Conduct site surveys and assess project feasibility
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and project teams for smooth execution
- Ensure proper earthing, lightning protection, and safety compliance
- Monitor site progress and maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation-related technical issues
- Prepare daily work reports and installation documentation
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, ECE, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in rooftop solar installation projects
- Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, MMS, and electrical connections
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and electrical SLDs
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for project execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar systems
- Knowledge of net metering and basic electrical safety standards
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
