We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optometrist to join our optical showroom. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate eye tests, guiding customers in selecting the right lenses and frames, and ensuring a smooth and professional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations using modern equipment
- Prescribe accurate lens power (single vision, bifocal, progressive)
- Guide customers in choosing frames & lenses based on face, usage & budget
- Handle customer queries and provide expert advice
- Coordinate with sales team for high conversion
- Ensure proper fitting and adjustment of spectacles
- Maintain records of prescriptions and customer data
- Support store operations when required
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Optometry
- 1–3 years experience in optical store or clinic (freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Customer handling & sales understanding
- Basic knowledge of lens types & coatings
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 (+ incentive ) (depending on experience)
