Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Team Leader to lead and manage a team of approximately 20 Marketplace Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the BPO industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining service quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 15–20 Marketplace Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Train new team members and support ongoing skill development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and productivity standards.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in the BPO or E-commerce industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader managing a team of around 20 members.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/Ticketing tools.
