Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Sales Manager to lead and drive the final stage of the sales process for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful closures, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and IPCs (e.g., JLL, CBRE)
- Drive lead generation through alliances, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement sales and expansion strategies
- Negotiate and finalize business deals and partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) for execution
- Organize events, activations, and networking opportunities
- Track performance of channel partners and ensure target achievement
- Prepare reports, MIS, and business forecasts

- Good knowledge of home loans, documentation, and RERA compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales, with proven closing experience
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
