We need Sales Executive and Overseas Consultant for Madurai Location.
Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to leads to introduce products, set up appointments, or close sales.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Assisting customers who call in with inquiries, or support requests.
- Lead Qualification: Asking relevant questions to determine a prospect's interest and needs, and filtering out non-serious leads.
- Database Management: Accurately updating and maintaining customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the company's CRM or database.
- Meeting Targets: Striving to hit daily, weekly, or monthly metrics (e.g., number of calls, leads generated, or sales closed).
- Resolving Queries: Addressing client uncertainties, processing orders, and helping troubleshoot basic issues.
- Sales Telecalling
- Customer Support / Helpdesk
- Educational Institutions / Admissions
- Profile Assessment: Evaluate clients' backgrounds to determine the most suitable Job and visa categories
- Document Management: Assist in compiling, translating, and verifying critical documents, including financial records, educational transcripts, and employment history
- Internal Team Communication: Explain complex visa rules, processes, and timelines clearly to candidates, while providing regular updates on their case progress.
Requirements:
Education: Any Degree
Experience : Fresher to 2 Years
Knowledge on International Exposure
Training and Support Provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reports to the Manager.
