Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst cum Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing project documentation, managing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Create process flows, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Assist in product planning and solution design.
Project Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct daily/weekly project review meetings and maintain MOMs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Designers, QA, and Clients.
- Ensure proper project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project quality standards and client satisfaction.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication of project status.
- Present project updates, demos, and reports to stakeholders.
- Handle change requests and maintain requirement traceability.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Maintain project trackers, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, CBAP, ECBA, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience managing software development, web applications, mobile applications, ERP, LMS, AI/ML, or government projects.
