Job Role: Executive IT – System Administrator
Role Description:
As an IT System Administrator you have to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware assets, network systems, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, effective asset management, server administration, user support, and implementation of business applications including SAP and HRMS platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
1. IT Service Desk & User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee technical issues, offering prompt troubleshooting to minimize downtime across all departments.
2. End-to-End Asset Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all hardware assets (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, biometrics) and maintain an accurate, audited inventory register from allocation to recovery.
3. Infrastructure & Server Administration: Manage local/cloud servers, network connectivity, and storage systems while handling routine maintenance, security patches, and regular data backups.
4. SAP Process Enablement: Deliver technical and functional support for SAP software, collaborating with internal teams to configure and enable new business workflows.
5. HRMS Implementation Support: Partner with the HR department and software vendors to drive smooth deployment, system integration, and configuration of the new HRMS platform.
6. Vendor & Contract Relations: Liaise with external vendors for technology procurement, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and oversee hardware warranty claims.
7. Compliance, Policy & Training: Establish IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure software license compliance.
Required Education & Experience:
1. Diploma / Degree in Hardware & Networking, Computer Science or IT.
2. 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT asset management, server administration and network management.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
5. Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or process-oriented industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
