- Experienced: Up to ₹14,000/month
- DRA Process: Up to ₹14,000/month + Performance Incentives
**Eligibility:**
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years)
- Age: 18–30 Years
**Languages Required:**
- Punjabi (Mandatory)
- Haryanvi (Mandatory)
- Hindi & Basic English
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Explain products/services to customers
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and updates
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Ensure professional communication
**Skills Required:**
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented approach
- Customer handling skills
