We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Reach out to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
