The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring , training and awareness activities under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan in Chhattisgarh. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and field implementation skills to ensure effective execution of awareness and rehabilitation initiatives across districts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise project activities under NMBA across assigned districts/locations.
Liaise with government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, health agencies, and community stakeholders.
Plan and organize awareness campaigns, workshops, rallies, counseling sessions, and outreach programs.
Monitor field activities and ensure timely implementation of project objectives.
Prepare project reports, documentation, presentations, and progress updates for management and government authorities.
Maintain project records, beneficiary data, and activity documentation.
Support training and capacity-building programs for volunteers, peer educators, and community workers.
Conduct field visits and assess program effectiveness and community impact.
Ensure compliance with organizational and government guidelines.
Coordinate with media and communication teams for campaign visibility and outreach.
Required Qualification
Masters degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, social sector programs, public health, or community development initiatives.
Experience working with government projects/NGOs will be an added advantage.

Ability to manage field operations and multitask effectively.
