Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance. The role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness of social media trends, and the ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- · Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- · Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach and negotiation to execution and post-campaign reporting.
- · Coordinate deliverables, timelines, briefs, and approvals with influencers
- · Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, clicks, and conversions
- · Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers
- · Ensure brand tone, visual guidelines, and messaging are followed across all collaborations
- · Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to align campaigns with brand objectives
- Coordinate influencer visits to outlets or shoots when required.
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator formats, and influencer best practices
Additional Expectations
· Willingness to participate in and support social media shoots, both on-site and outdoor,
as and when required
· Comfortable collaborating on-set with creators, photographers, and internal teams
· Demonstrates a strong team-player mindset, adaptability, and ownership
· Open to hands-on execution and fast-paced marketing environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 -3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, creator ecosystems, and content trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic performance metrics and reporting
- Prior experience working with consumer brands, food, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
