Requirements

7+ years of experience in web development and digital technology leadership

5+ years of people management experience leading development teams

Strong expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments

Experience building and managing enterprise websites and web applications

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern web architecture

Experience with cloud-native systems and agile methodologies

Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities into digital platforms

Good understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, UX/UI, and conversion optimization

Familiarity with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and website performance metrics

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery timelines in fast-paced environments

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities

Lead development, optimization, and operations of enterprise websites and digital platforms

Define and execute digital technology roadmap aligned with business goals

Manage platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance

Lead API architecture and service-layer integrations across systems and third-party platforms

Drive adoption of cloud-native and composable architecture practices

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities

Partner with business teams to deliver AI-powered personalization, search, and content experiences

Oversee AI/LLM integrations, governance, monitoring, and optimization

Manage agile delivery, release planning, and quality assurance processes

Lead and mentor a team of developers across projects and enhancements
