The Opportunity:
Scrum Master
Bangalore, KA
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scrum process, responsible for being the Scrum/ Squad leader of multiple, small development teams
- Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manages interdependencies between agile teams
- Work with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution
- Guide the scrum team on how to use scrum and Agile practices and methodology
- Administer metrics tracking and other duties on behalf of the team
- Working hour overlap with US team (EST)
Qualifications
- At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scum methodology in the role as Scrum Master in the healthcare domain
- Able to coach a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology
- Motivated and driven, and can influence and drive teams to success using Agile/scrum/Lean practices
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) a plus
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and IT QMS (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001)
- Have good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and learning attitude.
- 6-9 year's experience
