Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely purchase of materials, products, and services required by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for procurement needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payments.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and procurement software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
