Reports to: Project Manager | Engagement: Full-time,); immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Leads the functional stream on government licensing, permitting, and case-management platforms: from regulatory requirements to configured journeys, forms, evaluation criteria, and reports.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Run discovery workshops with government business owners; own requirements traceability end to end.
▪ Specify multi-step applicant journeys, evaluation/scoring engines, issuance data models, and status-driven workflows.
▪ Author UAT scripts derived line-by-line from requirements; lead business-side defect triage.
▪ Control functional scope; produce change-request impact assessments.
Qualifications & certifications: Bachelor's degree; CBAP/PMI-PBA advantageous.
Experience & languages: 10+ years of business analysis on government licensing/permitting or case-management systems; Experience in government, public sector, enterprise workflow or case-management projects preferred. GCC/UAE experience is an added advantage ; Excellent English communication required. Arabic language skills are preferred
