Pricing / Negotiation with shipping Line & Overseas Agent
∙ Coordinating with all shipping line for Rate O/f & Destination charges.
∙ Coordinating with the agent regarding to nomination shipment
∙ To co- ordinate with customer for their queries and provide support to resolve their
queries within a set time frame.
∙ Increased the margin within my regions, researched competitor pricing and developed
unique projects to assist sales in each region.
∙ Coordinate with sales team to plan and implement promotions, new Shipment and
updates.
