Receptionist

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding company services.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with various departments for internal communication.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with routine office activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
