Job Summary:
Nirmaan Organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Placement Manager for its Surat center. The candidate will be responsible for building strong employer relationships, generating job opportunities, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring successful placement of students and trainees across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Placement & Employer Engagement
- Identify and develop partnerships with employers, industries, staffing agencies, and corporate organizations.
- Generate placement opportunities for trained candidates.
- Organize recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus interviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring partners to ensure continuous placement opportunities.
Candidate Placement Support
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding career opportunities and job readiness.
- Coordinate interviews and placement processes between employers and candidates.
- Ensure candidates are adequately prepared for interviews and workplace expectations.
- Monitor candidate joining status and retention after placement.
Business Development
- Explore new industries and employers for placement partnerships.
- Build and maintain a database of recruiters and hiring organizations.
- Establish MoUs and long-term hiring partnerships with companies.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate placement records and employer databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
- Track placement targets, interview conversions, and retention metrics.
- Submit timely MIS reports to management.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with trainers, mobilization teams, center heads, and project teams.
- Support the center in achieving placement-related KPIs and project objectives.
- Coordinate placement activities across multiple programs when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Employer engagement and stakeholder management.
- MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting proficiency.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Skill Development Programs, ITI, Polytechnic, Vocational Training, CSR Projects, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or Education Sector.
- Experience handling employer partnerships and placement targets.
