Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and promote salon services.
- Handle appointments, inventory, cash, and daily reports.
- Maintain hygiene standards and oversee smooth salon operations.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS).
- Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
