Rajdhara Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in property selection, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain company projects and current offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/site visits.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
