We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor for international projects to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing, contract administration, and commercial activities related to electrical works. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, international standards, and project commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical systems including power, lighting, LV systems, fire alarm, ELV, and earthing works.
· Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents.
· Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients for commercial matters.
· Verify subcontractor bills and certify completed work quantities.
· Maintain project documentation related to contracts, claims, and billing.
· Ensure compliance with international codes, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
· 3–8 years of experience as an Electrical QS in international construction or MEP projects.
· Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and contract management.
· Experience in commercial projects, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
· Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international project standards is preferred.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
