- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Mandatory experience in vehicle loading planning and freight bidding.
- Good knowledge of dispatch planning, route planning, and shipment coordination.
- Experience in negotiating freight rates and coordinating with transporters and fleet operators.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities.
- Manage vehicle loading to ensure optimum space utilization and timely dispatch.
- Handle freight bidding, negotiate transportation rates, and finalize transport vendors.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production, and customers for smooth logistics operations.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing, lubricant, FMCG, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel if required.
Compensation:
- Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and current industry standards.
Pay: ₹8,626.54 - ₹31,188.51 per month
