At Transitials, we are looking for a Business Development Expert who is ready to take charge and drive strategic growth in the consulting, advisory, and IT services space. We are looking for a candidate with proven sales experience who can leverage the relationships, network, and industry connects built over the course of their career to drive business development and open new opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead End to end sales cycle for medium to large strategic accounts - from lead generation till deal closure.
Engage CXOs and build long-term client relationships
Identify and pursue new leads across India for HR Consulting & ERP ( Oracle, Zoho, DarwinBox)
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful transformation solutions
Shape go-to-market strategies and close complex deals
What We’re Looking For
MBA in Sales & Marketing
5–10 years of experience in outside sales within HR consulting/Digital Transformation Consulting/ERP Sales/IT services.
Strong knowledge of digital & non-digital transformation and HR advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong professional network and understanding of the Indian B2B market.
