We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SEO to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, technical optimization, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of how SEO supports the entire customer acquisition funnel.
You’ll work closely with content writers, developers, and leadership to build and execute SEO strategies that increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and lead generation goals.
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and topic clustering for high-value B2B keywords.
- Identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and competitive advantages through SEO research.
- Build content roadmaps that support topical authority and long-term organic growth.
- Develop SEO strategies that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
- Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot to increase AI-driven discovery and referral traffic.
- Plan content that aligns with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), semantic search, and entity-based SEO.
- Monitor AI search trends and adapt content strategies to maximize brand visibility across emerging search platforms.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product pages for search engines.
- Create and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, H1s, schema recommendations, and internal linking.
- Improve content quality based on search intent, readability, EEAT principles, and conversion opportunities.
- Conduct content audits to identify outdated, underperforming, and cannibalized pages.
Technical SEO
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexing, site architecture, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
- Monitor and resolve indexing issues using Google Search Console.
- Use Screaming Frog and other SEO tools to identify technical issues affecting organic visibility.
- Work with developers to implement SEO best practices across the website.
Content & Growth
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and product content.
- Ensure content aligns with user intent while supporting lead generation objectives.
- Recommend CTAs, internal linking strategies, and content enhancements to improve engagement and conversions.
AI Search Optimization (GEO)
- Develop and execute AI SEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot/Bing AI.
- Improve brand citations and visibility in AI-generated answers.
- Increase referral traffic from AI search engines and conversational AI platforms.
- Track and optimize AI citations using Semrush and other emerging AI visibility tools.
- Implement entity-based SEO, topical authority, and structured content strategies for LLM discoverability.
- Monitor AI search performance and identify opportunities to improve answer inclusion.
Performance & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Analyze website performance using GA4, GSC, and other SEO platforms.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Measure the impact of SEO initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Identify and work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Coordinate with content creators to deliver SEO-friendly digital assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and AI SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Screaming Frog
- Semrush, similar SEO platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, indexing, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
- Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing optimization recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
