Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants.
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process by providing relevant information and guidance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
