VACANCY – CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CDP) FACULTY
A reputed CBSE school is looking for an experienced Faculty Member / Career Development Mentor for its Career Development Program (CDP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive-exam preparation and career-oriented sessions for students of Classes VIII–XII.
- Prepare students for JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, NDA, Olympiads and other competitive examinations as applicable.
- Conduct aptitude, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English and general awareness sessions.
- Develop study plans, worksheets, mock tests and practice material.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance.
- Guide students regarding competitive examinations, higher education and career pathways.
- Motivate and mentor students for competitive-exam preparation.
- Coordinate with school teachers and management for implementation of the CDP.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
- 3–7+ years of relevant experience in competitive-exam coaching or school-integrated competitive preparation.
- Experience with CBSE students will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Candidates with experience in reputed coaching institutes will be given preference.
Preferred Background:
IIT/NIT/DU or other reputed institutions, or proven experience with established competitive-exam coaching institutes.
