Job Purpose
The Admission Advisor / Reservation Executive – Wellness is responsible for managing guest inquiries, consultations, reservations, and admissions for CGH Earth Wellness programs. The role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective guests, guiding them through wellness offerings, recommending suitable programs, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from initial inquiry to arrival.
The position plays a key role in achieving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering exceptional guest service aligned with CGH Earth’s philosophy of responsible and holistic hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Consultation & Admissions
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through phone, email, website, social media, and travel partners.
- Understand guest requirements, wellness objectives, health concerns, and preferences.
- Recommend appropriate wellness programs, therapies, accommodation options, and packages.
- Guide guests through the admission process and provide complete information regarding wellness programs and schedules.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective guests to maximize conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Reservations Management
- Handle reservations for wellness programs, treatments, accommodation, and related services.
- Ensure accuracy of booking details, guest preferences, treatment schedules, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with resort operations, wellness teams, and front office to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Monitor room inventory and wellness program availability.
- Process amendments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests as per company policies.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve individual and team reservation conversion targets.
- Promote wellness packages, extended stays, upgrades, and ancillary services.
- Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Guest Experience
- Build strong relationships with guests throughout their booking journey.
- Provide personalized assistance before arrival.
- Address guest concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with Wellness Doctors, Therapists, and Operations, Front Office, and Sales teams to ensure accurate information sharing.
- Coordinate special requests, dietary requirements, airport transfers, and wellness consultations.
- Maintain effective communication with travel partners and corporate clients where applicable.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data in the reservation management system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
- Track inquiry sources, conversion ratios, and booking trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reservation procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inquiry-to-booking conversion ratio

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in reservations, guest relations, wellness hospitality, travel, or sales.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, healthcare hospitality, or destination retreats will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
