Summary: The Physician Relationship Executive grows Swastha Hospital's physician network across an assigned Upper Assam territory by building and maintaining strong professional relationships with the local medical community. The role represents Swastha Hospital's specialist clinical services and the dialysis programme through regular field visits, physician engagement, and on-ground outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to physicians and partner institutions across the assigned territory — general practitioners, specialists, nursing homes, and Community Health Centres (CHCs).
- Achieve monthly engagement and network-growth targets.
- Assist in organising CME events and health camps within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc, B.Pharma, or BBA.
- 1–3 years' experience in healthcare marketing or business development.
- Two-wheeler with a license (mandatory).
- Fluency in Assamese; Hindi/English is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
