Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager – Sales (Unlisted Shares) to identify, acquire, and manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors. The role involves marketing and distributing pre-IPO and unlisted equity investment opportunities while delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors.
- Develop long-term relationships to drive business growth and investor satisfaction.
Product Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of unlisted equities, including business models, valuation methodologies, liquidity timelines, and associated risks.
- Effectively present investment opportunities and address client queries.
Client Servicing
- Guide clients through the entire investment process, from onboarding to post-investment support.
- Ensure seamless execution of transactions and prompt resolution of client concerns.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on private market trends, upcoming IPOs, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging investment opportunities within the unlisted market.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal pipelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client engagement.
Cross-Selling
- Promote additional financial and investment products to existing and prospective clients.
- Support overall business growth through effective cross-selling initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Unlisted Equity Distribution.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value investment transactions.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, pre-IPO companies, and regulations related to unlisted securities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
