Roles and responsibilities
- Study Work order, drawings, dispatch schedule, logistic schedule of the sites.
- Take measurements of the site & furnishing units.
- Mark electrical, plumbing and gas points.
- Assign works to installation team with proper work briefing.
- Arranging sub-contractor based on the site requirements.
- Cross verifies the dispatch materials received from factory accordance with the work order and material check list.
- Update the status of each site to the respective Zonal Managers.
- Maintain good relationship with the client and update the work progress regularly.
- Maintain work schedule calendar.
- Inspect every site regularly.
- Part payment and final payment collection.
- Hand over the completed site to client & collect Satisfaction Report, Google Review & face book Review.
