Marketing Executive / Senior Executive – Mall Marketing

Orion Mall Panvel is looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-oriented Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail marketing, customer engagement, events, and brand promotions, with the ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns that enhance customer experience, increase footfall, and support retailer sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and promotional campaigns including EOSS, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and other mall events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for artwork, branding, social media creatives, and promotional materials, while presenting multiple concepts for management approval.
- Manage mall branding, décor installations, signage, kiosks, promotional displays, and event execution.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and coordinate promotional activities, branding opportunities, Gift Voucher (GV) campaigns, store launches, and sales-driven initiatives.
- Work closely with retailers to understand business performance and recommend marketing initiatives to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to promote retailer offers, events, and campaigns across the mall's social media platforms.
- Liaise with event agencies, vendors, printers, fabricators, artists, and performers to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
- Prepare campaign reports and assist in monthly marketing reviews and presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing, BBA, BMS, Commerce, Mass Media, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in mall marketing, retail marketing, event management, brand activation, advertising agency, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong planning and execution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with retailers, agencies, and vendors.
- Candidates residing in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, or nearby locations will be preferred.
