Turn360 Branding Agency is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and shape impactful visual campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can transform ideas into compelling brand experiences across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop innovative visual concepts for digital and print platforms.
- Guide and mentor graphic designers and creative team members.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and video editors to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Review and approve creative assets before final delivery.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, and campaign work.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working in a branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
