Career Advisor – US Staffing / Bench Sales

Job Overview
We are looking for a Career Advisor to support IT/Healthcare consultants by guiding them through resume optimization, interview preparation, job opportunities, and the overall bench-to-placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide candidates/consultants regarding suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
- Review and optimize resumes according to current market requirements.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters to identify suitable opportunities.
- Track consultant submissions, interviews, and selection status.
- Prepare candidates for client/vendor interviews and provide interview guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant profiles, submissions, and interview feedback.
- Communicate with consultants regularly regarding job status and requirements.
- Assist in improving consultant marketability and profile visibility.
- Follow up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely updates.
- Support the team in achieving placement and submission targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in US Staffing, Bench Sales, Recruitment, Career Consulting, or a related role.
- Good understanding of IT/Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of resume screening and profile evaluation.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
