Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining recruitment records.
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
