We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee / Fresher BDE who is interested in learning business development for an IT service-based company. The candidate will support the team in generating business leads through channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other direct marketing methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in generating leads for IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.)
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
- Maintain lead databases and update client communication records
- Support the business development and marketing team in outreach activities
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and client requirements
- Help the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Fresher or up to 0–1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and online research
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in IT services and business development
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, or CRM will be a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
